So I went a lil MIA for the past week, but I was enjoying some quality time with the Fam Jam in Ruidoso, New Mexico! We had a little family get-together out there over the 4th of July. What a week it was! We got to see some absolutely breathtaking mountain/desert scenery, do a little shopping (I got my turquiose/silver/pottery fix!), ate some fabulous food (including green chilies for the first time), played some spirited card games, take in a Wild Wild West show, spend some quality time with family, and meet not one, but 2 new members of our family!
We got back Monday night and I had to go to Mobile for work on Tuesday so I have barely had time to get my 400 or so photos uploaded much less edited (because what pic couldn't use a little pick-me-up before it hits the world wide web?!). Here's a little preview southeast New Mexico!
