This was our spread:
I made Buffalo Chicken Rolls again with some homemade ranch dressing.
We also made these Hawaiian Ham Rolls that were absolutely fantastic! They made for great leftovers, too! We altered the recipe slightly spreading some mayo on the Hawaiian Rolls before putting the ham and swiss on them. We used real aged Wisconsin Swiss Cheese (from Wisconsin--thanks Sara!) and separated each roll before cooking so they pulled part much easier.
Upon Mom's recommendation we made some White Trash Dip. It was soooooooo good! It was a perfect game day dip, and I kept thinking what yummy leftovers I could make with it. Hello baked potatoes topped with this stuff!
We had a fabulous assortment of chips and dip, too, that included Mange Pineapple Salsa and Spinach and Artichoke Dip from Costco, and some Hummus!
We had a minor snafu with the crescent rolls. The can didn't pop open like always surprisingly when I peeled the paper off, so I hit the silver spot on the can up again the corner of the counter. After a couple of knocks it popped open, but not the way it was supposed to. The top of the can popped off, leaving me to extricate the doughy rolls without pulling them apart. I am proud to say that I managed to get the dough out, but not without the aid of a kitchen knife.
I also got to make the Reece's-tinis that I made the Reece's infused vodka for a few weeks ago. As with the rest of the recipes we tried, they were fabulous! Plus we got to drink them in these super-cute festive martini glasses we found while we were Black Friday shopping at World Market!
