The Day I met a Pink Cow

I've been traveling all over the state (literally) for work the past 2 days.  I enjoy these trips because I did not grow up in Alabama, and if it weren't for them I would not know where any cities or towns are.  I now know where every major city, plus most obscure ones are. Going through random places means never knowing what you might come across.  For example, today I ran across a pink cow.

Her name is Sweet P and she is the mascot for a little bakery/restaurant outside of Montgomery called Sweet P's Eats and Treats.  They have sandwiches and salads, jams and preserves to buy, and a great little bakery  with cookies, cakes, pies, and cupcakes. I got a couple of cupcakes to go for Eric and I.  We broke them out for dessert last night.  He had Red Velvet and I tore up a Chocolate Peanut Butter one. Oh. So. Good.

Surprise! There was a layer of peanut butter between the icing and the cake part!

What's that? Oh it's just me hanging out with my pal Sweet P!  Isn't she cute?!?
